Adopting a Quality System means establishing “rules”
that ensure the planning of objectives and activities, checking
of the key processes and continual improvement of the company’s
performance.
Over the last few years the concept of Quality, meaning "Customer
Satisfaction", has also been extended to all of the interested
parties who interact with the company (shareholders, personnel,
the social and environmental context) – through a Management
System policy which integrates, in the philosophy of company processes,
Quality, Environment and Ethics.
In this way we also contribute to Sustainable Development, fully
aware that the way the company acts today will help to guarantee
a pleasant and healthy world for future generations.
From this point of view we have for a while now been on the road
towards gaining the most important internationally- recognised certifications.

ISO9001 Certification
The ISO 9000 Quality certification programme is addressed at business
processes, where quality is of fundamental importance for impact
on the customer and for maintaining leadership in the market. Its
objectives are:

ISO 14001 Environmental Certification
The protection of the environment, meaning both the natural environment
and the social context that the company is operating in, has always
been a priority for us, aimed at improving environmental performance
and process management. This “improvement” is a factor
of primary importance for economic competitiveness and customer
satisfaction.
The Environmental Certification shows that the Management System
for the Environment conforms with the International Norm UNI EN
ISO 14001:1996, which is awarded by an independent third-party body.
It is confirmed with the issuing of an internationally recognised
certificate.
HOTEL ORLEANS has adopted, since 2004, the Management System for
the Environment. It is integrated into the overall management of
the business and based on the analysis and monitoring of environmental
performance, through a system of priority indicators determined
by identifying the environmental impacts resulting from our activity
IN MARCH 2009 WAS BORN A FLOWER (licence n.IT/025/180)
this is the Ecolabel European flower (2003/287/CE).
This flower represents a new way to be in harmony with the nature: With so many small actions, in
our house, we look for to respect at the most the environment and with your help we will succeed to:
